Medilink East Midlands will be hosting a workshop so companies’ and innovators’ business cases are ‘NHS ready’.
Delivered by EMAHSN staff, the briefings are for small groups of companies or innovators to allow the session to be informal and interactive and for you to benefit from insider knowledge of those working in the NHS system.
This is the second part of a three session CPD accredited 'Getting Ready for NHS Market Entry Programme', designed to get innovators ready to successfully secure business with NHS organisations.
During the event, attendees will learn about:
- What is a business case, what is its purpose and why it is important?
- Who reviews the business case and how are they evaluated from a commissioning point of view?
- How to construct a good business case
