Machine Solutions Inc., a provider of advanced equipment and services for the medical device market, has announced the acquisition of Alpine Laser LLC, which specialises in providing laser processing solutions and offers 'state-of-the-art' equipment and development support.
Alpine’s laser expertise strengthens Machine Solutions’ position as an integrated solutions provider says the company, and will accelerate the new product development journey for Machine Solutions’ customers.
Formed in 2020 and headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Alpine Laser’s founding engineers say they saw an opportunity to accelerate their growth through support and investment from Machine Solutions. Machine Solutions claims the partnership with Alpine Laser differentiates itself as the "leading pure-play medical device equipment provider", adding laser processing expertise to their holistic equipment offering.
