Let’s get digital: Five stands to visit at Med-Tech Innovation Expo

We’ve highlighted some exhibitors that you might want to visit if you’re in the digital health market at Med-Tech Innovation Expo.

LDD Technology (E9):

LDD provides custom electronic hardware and software design solutions, specialising in Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) design and digital electronics. The company has medical manufacturers among its customers.

LDD’s team of electronic engineers has designed electronic systems for microscopes and image processing for x-ray body scanners.

Arrow Electronics & Analog Devices (J29):

The technology and design solutions will give an example of how Arrow Electronics and Analog Devices claim to be shaping the future of healthcare equipment and device designs.

They will be displaying solutions in clinical monitoring, health, wellbeing & fitness, imaging and life sciences & instrumentation.

Luso Electronics (B46):

Luso will be exhibiting switch mode power supplies and dc/dc converters for medical applications.

Luso’s stand will feature CoolX series from Excelsys alongside medical power products from Delta Electronics.

Computational Life (J55):

Computational Life will present the Digital Avatar: a virtual copy of the human body to design medical devices on a computer.

It’s a way for animal tests to be avoided, and the company claims new hypotheses can be tested without ethical issues, with the ability to perform feasibility testing within a few hours.

PatSnap (J13):

A platform for predicting future trends in medtech, PatSnap harvests the latest innovation news about patents, investments, mergers acquisitions and other critical market data so that users can find patterns and connections that provide an insight into market opportunities.

PatSnap claims it has the most comprehensive R&D dataset in one easy to use platform to help users analyse medtech trends, assess new opportunities, conduct competitor intelligence and maximise return on IP assets.

The firm combines data points from patents, licensing, litigation and company information with non-patent literature.
