Possibilities of mHealth to be discussed at virtual conference

An online event which discusses the future of mobile health apps in medicine will take place on 10th May. 

The free conference will include three industry speaker who will discuss the possibilities of mHealth. 

The speakers are: 

Liz Ashall-Payne: The co-founder and CEO of ORCHA, a leading provider of digital health accreditation and distribution services. The organisation has won numerous awards, whilst Ashall-Payne individually also has her own inspiring achievements including winning Entrepreneur of the year by the British Chamber of Commerce.

Dr Mala Mawkin: Currently, Dr Mawkin is head of market development at the pain management start-up Cellen, which launched the UK's first online chronic pain clinic in 2020. Cellen was selected as UK Department of International Trade's 25 'One's to Watch' for Digital Health, and a finalist for Tech Nations Diversity and Inclusion Award 2021. Dr Mawkin’s achievements include being featured on Forbes 30 Under 30, Vogue UK 10 Rising Female Stars 2018.

Dr Masood Nazir: the (now former) director for Digital Primary Care at NHSx, has been instrumental in introducing new ways of empowering and communicating with patients. A major driving factor behind Dr Nazir being awarded the prestigious accolade of CCIO in 2016, was his passion to empower patients and put them at the heart of service change.

There will also be an opportunity to network and ask any questions you may have about mHealth. The conference is open to anyone interested in mHealth.
