AI and Digital Regulations Service launches

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has announced the launch of the AI and Digital Regulations Service. 

This service is a multi-agency collaboration between NICE, the Care Quality Commission, the Health Research Authority and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.

The new website provides guidance and advice on the regulatory and evaluation pathway for developers and adopters of AI and digital technologies, supporting the development and widespread adoption of safe, innovative, value-adding technologies in health and social care.
