Corin Group's new manufacturing facility opened by Princess Anne

Orthopaedic technology firm Corin has had its new headquarters and manufacturing facility formally opened by The Princess Royal.

The new facility doubles both the company’s manufacturing capacity and the number of employees at the Cirencester headquarters.

A former Olympic horsewoman, Princess Anne was gifted with a sculpture of a horse constructed from hip and knee orthopaedic implants, designed and presented by Corin employee and artist Neil Herbert.

Her Royal Highness was given a tour of the facility and met with the company’s team, after which she declared the facility open and unveiled a plaque to commemorate the event.

CEO, Stefano Alfonsi said: “It is a great honour for us to receive Her Royal Highness on this celebratory occasion. The entire team is proud to share their achievements with HRH as it is their dedication and commitment that has made Corin the company it is today.”
