Schurter to showcase electronics portfolio at MD&M West

Schurter is showcasing its circuit protection, connection, switching and EMC technologies for medical equipment design at this year’s MD&M West.

New products meet emerging industry needs for Wi-Fi enabled power connectors that allow for device-to-host usage and performance measurements; IP rated power connectors that protect against ingress during equipment operation; robust pushbuttons and sensor actuated touchless switches; and high performing EMC filters and chokes designed to squelch emissions in multi-equipment operating environments, such as those found in hybrid operating rooms. Schurter will also debut its Green Line of IEC inlets and outlets made from bio-based plastics, the new range offers the same design and performance as the company’s existing range of IEC Connectors, but with significantly lower CO₂ emissions.

The conference and expo at the Anaheim Convention Center brings together a community of experts, engineers, and thought leaders to continue education, share knowledge and bring opportunities to build life-saving devices.
