MedFIT 2020 postponed until September
MedFIT 2020 will now take place on September 15th and 16th, 2020. The location and venue remains the same - ALPEXPO in Grenoble.
The event which was originally planned for June 30th - July 1st has been postponed as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.
Event organisers issued a statement explaining the reasons for the postponement: “The safety and wellbeing of our participants is our number one priority, and given the uncertainties of the coronavirus spread in the coming months, we believe it is wiser to reschedule the gathering at a later date.
“Additionally, the current confinement policies, the travel bans and the economic uncertainty faced by numerous countries make it difficult for MedFIT organisers to anticipate upcoming decisions and to deliver this fourth edition when planned initially.”
If you have already booked a pass or exhibition stand this will remain unchanged and valid for the new September dates. However, if for any reason you are now unable to make the updated dates please contact the event organisers who will do their best to find a solution.
The statement concludes: “We thank you for supporting MedFIT and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this decision.
“Do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to get involved in this fourth edition and we look forward to meeting you in Grenoble on September 15th & 16th.”
