Angel Guard seeks £1m investment

Biotechnology company Angel Guard is seeking its first round (stage two) investment of £1million, upon procuring this investment the company will seek to expand its current operations at its Scotland base.

The company’s largest project so far takes the form of their Michael and Gabriel units, clinical washbasins equipped with AI technology. With international patents pending these are specifically designed to detect pathogens and prevent HCAIs (Healthcare Acquired Infections). Combined with Angel Guard’s Halo Protect system, Michael and Gabriel are capable of providing real-time reporting of handwash conformity and infection risk levels. The units can also automatically deploy chemical and thermal disinfections.

Testimonials to the company’s success have already been gathered, including David Harper, an international public health consultant and Dr. Paul McDermott a world-leading microbiologist.

Angel Guard’s latest innovation is Clarence, an AI monitoring system for water that incorporates a low-cost compact sensor that actually detects harmful pathogens like Legionella.
