Advanced Materials Show launches Autumn USA expo

Following the success of The Advanced Materials Show, which first launched in the UK last year, the organiser of the expo has announced the launch of a dedicated show for advanced materials in the USA this autumn.

The Advanced Materials Show USA taking place in Edison NJ, will showcase the very latest in high-performance materials technology for applications including medtech.

The show is co-located with another event dedicated to another significant trend in the materials space. The NanoTechnology Show, inaugural event, is happening at the same time and location and will provide an overview of the latest thinking in the field of nanotechnology research along with examples from industry of integration and development strategies.

Leaders in R&D, materials science and engineering will use the show to source the latest materials along with the scientific instruments and processing equipment necessary for the development, manufacture and processing of advanced materials.

Adam Moore, CEO of Event Partners, the show organisers said: “The international audience that the Advanced Materials Show 2019 attracted in the UK in its inaugural year proved that there is enormous global demand for a show of its kind. The launch of The Advanced Materials Show USA comes at a pivotal time for the materials sector where rapid innovation and significant commercial opportunity is driving the use of advanced materials across many industries.”

Materials on display will include the latest in nanomaterials, composites, polymers, ceramics, adhesives and sealants, coatings, foams, metals, textiles and thermoplastics. This will be backed up by a major showcase of associated technologies and all the latest R&D tools, including laboratory, microscopy, measurement, analysis and characterisation equipment, alongside additive manufacturing, drying, curing, sintering, finishing and testing systems.

Within the exhibition, two conferences will provide an opportunity to access world-leaders in advanced materials including end users, product developers, materials scientists and researchers.

Moore added: “The Advanced Materials Show USA has its fingers firmly on the pulse of the industry and co-locating the event with The NanoTechnology Show demonstrates this. Nowhere is the pace of change in the materials sector clearer than in the field of nanotechnology. We are proud and enormously excited to welcome visitors to both shows, which will showcase everything that is cutting-edge and pioneering in materials advancement.”

The Advanced Materials Show USA will take place in Edison, New Jersey, from October 13 – 14 2021.
