OnePLM is the market leader for Siemens Digital Industries Software in the UK & Ireland, they deliver PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions including maintenance, technical support, and consultancy. This joining of forces contributes to the vision of playing an important role in the Digital Transformation of the manufacturing industry, using Siemens, SAP, Mendix and Boomi technologies.
Growth through buy-and-build
The acquisition of OnePLM is the next step in the buy-and-build strategy pursued with the support of Holland Capital. Together, these five companies employ more than 420 people and focuses on product lifecycle & asset management, IT architecture, low-code applications, system integrations and process optimisation with their digital transformation. The companies assist organisations in various sectors, including the manufacturing industry.
