Recovery Force Health, LLC will commercially launch its flagship therapeutic mobility measurement device, the MAC System, at the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) National Teaching Institute & Critical Care Exposition (NTI) in May 2022.
The MAC System is cleared as an FDA Class II device, prescribed by healthcare professionals to stimulate blood flow in the lower extremities. By delivering therapeutic compression, the device assists the prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in at-risk patients. The MAC System also monitors patient orientation and movement providing significant healthcare economic benefit by reducing costs associated with non-reimbursable hospital-acquired events.
NTI is the AACN’s annual progressive and critical care nursing conference hosting thousands of healthcare professionals with this year’s conference taking place in Houston, Texas. Attendees will be able to participate in nearly 300 different live sessions dedicated to cutting-edge topics in today’s high-acuity nursing environment.
Recovery Force Health's booth #2409 will be open for attendees on May 17-18 giving visitors the opportunity to learn more about the company and demo the MAC System.
